About the Role
As a Client Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for quickly assessing complex customer issues, coordinating with relevant teams, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Your tasks will include conducting root-cause analysis, preparing service breakdown analyses, and collaborating with leadership to improve client satisfaction and reduce escalations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
- 2 years of experience in a payroll service environment.
- 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
