About the Role
As a Client Service Associate, you will participate in Hylant's Foundations Training & Development Program, which includes learning about servicing tools and processes. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing client documentation, performing data entry, processing billings, assisting with client renewals, and cross-training in specialized consulting functions. You will also handle special projects as requested.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize effectively.
- Intermediate to advanced communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience using Epic Applied Systems.
- Active Property & Casualty license, or Life & Health license.
