Summary
Sterling Seacrest Pritchard is seeking a Client Service Associate - P&C to join their team in Savannah, GA. The role involves supporting Client Service Executives and Producers in the marketing and sales process for new and renewing business.
About the Role
As a Client Service Associate, you will act as the main servicer on some accounts, responsible for the entire renewal and/or marketing of the account. You will independently review contracts, educate clients on state requirements, handle complex reconciliations, and create accurate premium allocations. Additionally, you will prepare proposals for new and renewal accounts, attend meetings, negotiate terms, and bind coverage on behalf of the insured. You will also participate in mentorship and development activities, including teaching courses and obtaining designations.
About You
Required:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance Agent's License
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in the insurance industry
Preferred:
- Experience in managing client accounts and conducting renewals
- Leadership and mentoring abilities
