About the Role

As a Client Service Associate, you will assist with change requests, follow up with carriers, review endorsements for accuracy, and enter client information into system applications. You will also provide front desk coverage, manage administrative tasks related to account maintenance, and engage in self-directed learning to increase industry knowledge.
