About the Role
As a Client Service Associate, you will develop and maintain long-term client relationships, manage client expectations, and provide exceptional service on requests and transactions. You will identify opportunities for digital tools to enhance client self-service, communicate with internal partners to resolve issues, and proactively seek service improvements based on client feedback.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Less than 1 year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
Preferred:
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
