Summary
Baltimore-Washington Financial Advisors is seeking a Client Service Associate to join their team in Columbia, MD. The role involves enhancing the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to BWFA staff.
About the Role
As a Client Service Associate, you will interface with clients and prospective clients, anticipate their needs, resolve their problems, and follow through to provide exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include receiving inbound client communications, assisting with client onboarding, processing account service requests, scheduling client meetings, preparing client reports, and maintaining the contact management system.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related subject matter.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail and service oriented.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred:
- No prior experience required, related internships are a plus.
- Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and possess collaborative interpersonal skills.
