As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling daily investor inquiries via phone and email, facilitating capital activities such as subscriptions and redemptions, and completing investor reporting requests. You will also ensure compliance with various financial regulations and document processes to enhance investor communications.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of financial services experience, preferably in fund administration, fund operations, or fund accounting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize among many time-sensitive demands.
Preferred:
- Experience with Dynamo, Intralinks, and Investran.
- Positive attitude and team player with the ability to forge relationships across the firm.
