About the Role

As a Client Service Coordinator, you will actively recruit new clients, manage client flow, provide exceptional service, educate clients about pet health, assist with documentation, manage finances, and conduct administrative functions. About You

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
One year related experience required with customer service preferred.

Preferred:

Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.
