About the Role

As a Client Service Manager, you will develop and maintain relationships with nursing staff and hospital administrators, advise on achieving clinical outcomes, support training programs, monitor client satisfaction, and drive utilization of the Get Well system. You will also manage project requests and serve as the primary contact for hardware and software issues.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4-6 years military work experience.
Previous experience working within a hospital or other healthcare environment.

Preferred:

Clinical experience.
Previous project management and training experience.
