Summary

About the Role
As a Client Service Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing information on eligibility, billing, and member services. You will gather and interpret critical information regarding client specifications, design member communications, develop creative solutions to client issues, and lead client events. Additionally, you will support the Client Services Team by assisting with questions, overseeing age-ins/dis-enrollments, and handling escalated calls from members and clients.
About You
Required:
- NJ Health License
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and other Microsoft applications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of customer-facing, client service, sales, operation, benefit administration, project management, or account management experience
- 2-year experience with database systems and file transfers
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- Self-aware and professional
Preferred:
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college
- 2+ years of customer-facing, client service, sales, operation, benefit administration, project management, or account management experience in a healthcare or call center-based environment
- Fully insured and self-funded Medicare health insurance experience
