About the Role
As a Client Service Representative, you will ensure that clients and pets feel welcome and comfortable, manage client communications, maintain appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions. You will also educate clients on basic animal care and over-the-counter products, while maintaining the cleanliness of the front office area.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment.
- Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR.
