Your daily tasks will include utilizing assessment tools to maintain detailed notes, facilitating account transactions, and demonstrating accountability to maintain operational standards. You will also support teamwork and model the bank's standards for exceptional customer service.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ year experience interacting with people and displaying excellent service skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of and experience with bank products, online banking, mobile banking applications, banking cards.
- Cash handling experience.
