About You
- 3+ years of operations experience in wealth management and/or executive-level administrative experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with technology and CRM systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain.
- Series 7 and 65 licenses.
