- High School diploma or GED.
- 3 years of job-related experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use general office equipment and job-related software.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint, and intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with bank consumer and commercial products and operations.
- Experience in trust accounting systems and knowledge of banking and trust policies and procedures.
- NMLS certification for Private Banking.
