About the Role
As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of 6-8 account managers and coordinators, driving process innovation, and managing key performance metrics. You will partner with internal teams to align account strategies and lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- 2+ years of digital agency experience.
- 1+ years of leading high-performing teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in Multifamily/Senior Living/Student Housing.
- Superb communication skills and a growth mindset.

- Salary Range: $85k - $105k
- 4-Day Work Week (32 Hour Work Week)
