You will work closely with relationship managers and other departments to ensure proper servicing of accounts and maintain accurate documentation.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or client support.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Working knowledge of FIS products/services and general banking operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
