About the Role
As a Client Solutions Associate, you will engage with clients to understand their business and investment processes, provide tailored solutions using FactSet products, and support user onboarding through training. You will also gather product feedback and advocate for clients within the Product Development team, ensuring exceptional service and support.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree Conferred by June of 2026.
- Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work on teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience or desire to be client-facing in a support role.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
