About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years customer service experience; phone experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work through client concerns and provide satisfactory answers.
- Banking experience helpful.
- Strong computer skills – basic working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
- Availability to work evenings and some weekends.
