About the Role

As a Client Solutions Manager at Chronograph, you will act as a product expert and primary configuration manager for West Coast clients. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing Client Success processes, collaborating with clients on strategic initiatives, developing best practices, coordinating resources across the organization, monitoring client expectations, and identifying account growth opportunities. You will also support project management resources and ensure flawless client deliverables while upholding the company's brand standards.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree with 2 to 4 years of experience in a professional services environment, ideally in consulting, investment banking, or technology client success.
Demonstrated excellence in producing time-sensitive deliverables for sophisticated clients.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Proactive individual with leadership potential.

Preferred:

Experience in sales engineering or similar roles.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to a high-performance environment.
