About the Role
As a Client Solutions Partner, you will identify and pursue new client opportunities, win net-new clients, own the full business development cycle, develop high-impact pursuit strategies, secure meaningful revenue, collaborate with project teams, track market insights, and increase overall efficiency across the organization.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred).
- Demonstrated understanding of the AEC market and how multidisciplinary design services firms operate.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition with a strong record of winning net-new business.
- Ability to build relationships at the executive level.
- Strong prospecting mindset with the drive to pursue and close high-value opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Resilient and persistent in competitive environments.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to partner effectively with various stakeholders.
- Highly organized and adaptable to manage multiple pursuits.
Preferred:
- Curious and improvement-minded, always seeking better ways to serve clients.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
