About the Role
As a Client Solutions Team Lead, you will be accountable for executing the technical consultancy proposition, managing staff, and delivering KPIs in partnership with various teams. You will lead a team of specialists, foster a culture of innovation, and act as a trusted advisor for top-tier clients. Your responsibilities include overseeing complex implementations, maintaining industry knowledge, and enhancing the external brand of HSBC.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience in Digital Channel and/or Global Payments and Cash Management.
- Strong knowledge of client connectivity and local market trends.
- Excellent client-facing skills and ability to translate client needs into solutions.
- Strong managerial, leadership, communication, organizational, decision-making, lateral thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the commercialization and business readiness of new products.
