Summary
Nexthink is seeking a Client Specialist to join their team in Boston, MA. The role involves supporting and growing new business opportunities by leading and coordinating activities across various departments.
About the Role
As a Client Specialist, you will lead and coordinate pre-sales activities, manage a robust sales pipeline, develop strategic account plans, maintain trusted advisor status with customers, collaborate with partners, manage tactical business, conduct negotiations, and forecast revenue for your accounts.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience as an inside sales representative in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Proven success in a sales capacity with a strong track record.
- Expertise in Sales Cadence Optimization.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- CRM expertise (Gainsight preferred).
- Ability to learn and understand Nexthink product offerings quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
