About the Role
As a Client Specialist, you will manage all aspects of an agent's small commercial book of business, including responding to service requests, counseling clients on coverage, making account changes, and selling new or enhanced business. You will need to obtain a Florida 2-20 Property and Casualty Agent License within 3 months of starting. Your responsibilities will include analyzing policy transactions, identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and maintaining communication with policyholders.
About You
Required:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum four years of experience in commercial lines, including knowledge of Auto, WC, General Liability, and Property coverages.
- General Lines 2-20 Agents License.
Preferred:
- Good understanding of the insurance industry and its products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service focus with problem-solving abilities.
