About the Role
As a Client Stabilization Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting intakes, providing education on rules and responsibilities, and ensuring communication with leadership regarding program violations. You will perform face-to-face visits, perimeter walks, and complete data entry into established systems. The position requires identifying needs for housing prioritization assessments and coordinating services for individuals with complex needs.
About You
Required:
High school diploma or GED is required.
Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required.
Valid Identification required.
Preferred:
1-3 years of full-time health care related work experience.
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
