Summary
Gatsby Glass® is seeking a Client Success Manager to join their team in the Boise Metropolitan Area. The role involves being the first point of contact for clients and managing communication throughout the project lifecycle.
About the Role
As a Client Success Manager, you will interact daily with homeowners, builders, contractors, and internal team members. Your responsibilities include managing inquiries, assisting in estimating, coordinating schedules, and ensuring professional communication from first contact through project completion. You will help maintain organized job files, support operational tasks, and uphold customer service standards.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM systems)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and high level of accountability
Preferred:
- Previous customer service or client success experience
- Experience working with contractors or in construction-related industries
- Familiarity with Trello or project management tools
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Ability to resolve problems and handle conflict professionally
- Desire to grow into leadership or operational management roles
