About the Role
As a Client Support Engineer 1, you will perform activities associated with the installation and support of computer systems, including setting up workstations, installing operating systems, configuring devices for network access, and providing first-level support for customer technology issues. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring quality work within deadlines and maintaining effective communication with colleagues and clients.
About You
Required:
- Some college or equivalent experience; technical coursework.
- Entry level with some prior experience providing technical support in a business environment.
- Windows OS experience.
- Hands-on and practical knowledge of networks and computer systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Strong team player.
- Ability and willingness to evaluate and learn new technologies.
