About the Role
As a Client Support Specialist, MERS, you will be responsible for handling all inquiries related to MERS Systems, tracking inquiries in a ticketing database, and ensuring compliance with production requirements as defined in the client's Service Level Agreement. You will also need to stay updated on system information and changes regarding Member information or MERS operations.
About You
Required:
- Strong communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of Service Desk or Technical Help Desk experience.
- Mortgage/Legal Industry knowledge.
- Some college education.
- Experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong Computer/Technical Skills.
- Related experience in customer service environment.
