About the Role
As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the production of high-quality data engineering deliverables, ensuring project timelines are met, and mentoring junior team members. You will design, develop, and implement processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, define future state data architectures, and manage data quality reviews. You will also analyze industry trends and provide technical expertise to maximize efficiency and reliability in data engineering processes.
About You
Required:
- Hands-on experience in building Data Architecture using various data architecture patterns.
- Proficient in Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics).
- Experience in building data orchestration through Azure Data Factory.
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with programming languages such as Python or Java.
Preferred:
- Experience using NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge in Graph Databases, preferably Neo4J, Cypher and CosmosDB.
- Big Data Certification from Microsoft/Cloudera/Hortonworks/Databricks.
