About the Role
As a Climbing Arborist Crew Lead, you will be responsible for climbing trees using various climbing systems, leading a crew in providing arboricultural care, pruning and removing deadwood, installing cables and lightning protection systems, and mentoring crew members. You will also maintain and operate tools and equipment necessary for tree care.
About You
Required:
- 3 years of tree climbing experience.
- Ability to complete the Davey Tree Trimmer Orientation Program upon hire.
- Ability to complete the Davey Tree First Aid, CPR, and defensive driving course upon hire.
Preferred:
- Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates.
- ISA Certified Arborist®, ISA Certified Tree Worker®, and/or TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional®.
