About You
- One (1) year of home health or hospice experience required.
- Must have and maintain a RN license in the state of Tennessee.
- Three (3) years as home health field staff nurse preferred.
- Hospice and Palliative Care Certification required for Hospice (may be obtained within one (1) year of employment).
