About the Role
As a Clinic/Practice Assistant, you will be responsible for making patient appointments, greeting and assisting patients, answering telephones, processing patient billing forms, and managing appointment records. You will also act as a 'Super User' for scheduling and billing systems, providing assistance and training to others in these areas.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- 2-3 years of office experience required.
- Proficiency with all Office Suite applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Preferred:
- Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) certification preferred.
- 2 years of experience working in a community-based medical practice.
- Epic experience preferred.
