About the Role
As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a diverse team of therapists and administrative staff. You will lead clinic decision-making, supervise clinical and administrative operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage clinic productivity using data-driven strategies. Additionally, you will support front office teams, improve work environments, and manage a therapy caseload of 8-10 clients weekly, if applicable.
About You
Required:
- A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- An independent clinical license, if applicable.
- Experience in outpatient mental health and clinical supervision.
- Management experience with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of mental health regulations, electronic medical records, medical terminology, and pharmacology.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with current psychiatric care standards and trends.
