About the Role
As a Clinic Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, developing and revising policies and procedures, addressing patient care issues, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. You will conduct staff meetings, manage employee performance, and collaborate with other departments to provide quality patient services. Additionally, you will monitor nursing care delivery, implement quality control programs, and foster a positive work environment.
About You
Required:
Current RN or LVN licensure to practice nursing from the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.
Minimum of two years current clinical experience in a relevant area.
Preferred:
Demonstrated expertise in clinical skills and leadership/management.
Knowledge of CMS Rural Health Clinic conditions and participation.
