About the Role
About You
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 2–4 years experience as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
- Prior experience leading or supervising staff (formal or informal).
- Knowledge of clinical workflows and medical office operations.
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
- Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent).
- Experience in a multi-provider or high-volume clinic environment.
- Experience supporting operational leaders or managers.
- Working knowledge of EHR systems and clinic scheduling workflows.
