About the Role
As a Clinic Receptionist Float FT, you will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, greeting patients and visitors, assembling charts for new patients, maintaining patient demographics, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing patient referrals. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the clinic and providing excellent customer service.
About You
Required:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be BLS certified within 3 months of hire.
- Must display proper telephone etiquette.
- Must be able to demonstrate basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
- Must have good communication and diplomacy skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience in an ambulatory care setting as a receptionist.
