About the Role

As a Clinic Registered Nurse at MercyOne, you will coordinate care provided by other clinical staff, support patient and family education, and ensure communication across healthcare teams. You will be responsible for administering medications, performing comprehensive patient assessments, and maintaining documentation accuracy in EMR. The position requires collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to address patient needs and participate in quality improvement projects.

About You

Required:

Active RN License in the state of Iowa.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 3 months of hire.
Proficient in basic computer skills (Windows environment, web-based navigation, email, MS Office).
Ability to read, write and understand the English language, and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Preferred:

Experience in outpatient care settings.
Completion of specialty classes or proof of other certifications required for some roles.
Ability to work with diverse groups of people in a collaborative environment.
