About the Role

As a Clinical Advocate, you will engage with members telephonically and via email to identify needs, assist with benefit navigation, and provide healthcare decision support. You will screen for high-risk situations, establish trust with members, track and document health plans, and identify opportunities for process improvement. This position requires collaboration with other Clinical Advocates and focuses on improving health outcomes for members.

About You

Required:

Current unrestricted LPN license or Medical Assistant certification.
2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital, acute care, direct care, rehab facility or care coordination.
2+ years of clinical experience in family medicine field.
Proven experience working in a fast-paced multitask environment.
Experience with motivational interviewing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Reside in the EST time zone to support 8:00am - 5:00pm member base.

Preferred:

Experience with artificial intelligence.
Experience working in a virtual clinical role.
