About the Role
As a Clinical Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting physicians with patient care, handling scheduling, entering charges, and billing for services. You will provide information to patients to help them fully utilize clinical services and may be required to float to another office location.
About You
Required:
- Minimum one year recent experience in a medical facility as a clinical assistant and/or documented evidence of externship completed in a medical office.
- Experience with Electrocardiogram (EKG), vital signs, and EMR.
Preferred:
- Medical Assistant Diploma from an accredited program.
- Appropriate certification such as LPN, CMA, RMA, CCMA, MOA.
