Orlando Health is seeking a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager (Advanced) for the Rapid Response Team at the new Lakeland Highlands Hospital in Lakeland, FL, opening Summer 2026. The role involves leading shift operations to ensure high-quality patient care and optimal patient flow.
About the Role
As a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager, you will manage staffing assignments, coordinate patient flow, monitor patient status, and ensure compliance with care standards. You will also support front-line team members, enhance customer experience, and participate in safety initiatives while maintaining a regulatory-ready environment.
About You
Required:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN) preferred.
Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
Preferred:
Certification in area of expertise.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification.
