Orlando Health is seeking a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Interventional Unit at Lakeland Highlands Hospital in Orlando, FL. The role involves leading shift operations to ensure high-quality patient care and optimal patient flow.
About the Role
As a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for managing staffing assignments, coordinating patient flow, monitoring patient status, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. You will also support front line team members, enhance customer experience, and participate in safety huddles while maintaining a regulatory ready environment.
About You
Required:
Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN).
Certification in area of expertise.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), or Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC).
