About the Role
As a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for managing staffing assignments, coordinating patient flow, monitoring patient status, and ensuring compliance with care standards. You will also support front-line team members, enhance customer experience, and participate in safety initiatives while maintaining a regulatory-ready environment.
About You
Required:
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN).
- Certification in area of expertise.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification.
