About the Role
As a Clinical Associate at Winchester Hospital, you will be responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, repositioning and ambulating patients, making beds, transporting patients and supplies, collecting specimens, performing point of care testing, obtaining vital signs, and maintaining accurate intake and output measurements. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma/equivalent is strongly preferred.
- BLS – Basic Life Support certification.
- Must be one of the following: Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing Student with completion of one medical-surgical clinical rotation, three months of clinical care experience, or successful completion of the Winchester Hospital: Clinical Associate Training Program (CATP).
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
Preferred:
- Basic computer skills.
