About the Role
About You
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- One (1) year experience in addictions treatment preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- CPRS certification is preferred but not required.
- Valid Tennessee Driver's License preferred.
- Ability to model/teach the 12 Step programs and philosophy.

Although best known for our 177-acre main campus on River Road in Nashville, we offer addiction treatment at outpatient recovery centers throughout Tennessee, at the state-of-the-art Arch Academy for struggling teen boys, and at our Still Waters 12-Step immersion retreat locations for men and for women. At each location, Cumberland Heights' dedicated staff provides expert medical care, family support, and effective psychosocial therapies. And our comprehensive approach spans the entire continuum of care, from initial treatment to extended care services and relapse prevention.
