About the Role
About You
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with up to six (6) months Registered Nurse experience.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within the state of California.
- Previous nursing experience in Case Management.
- Demonstrate clear and concise communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Computer literate in general office functions such as MS Word, access, email and preparation of spreadsheets.
- Demonstrated commitment to the provision of services for the underserved.
- Commitment to HIPAA and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Adherence to infection control procedures.
- Fluency in additional languages.
- Experience in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (QA/QI) activities.
