About the Role
About You
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
- Active clinical license required: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LICSW, or LADC I.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with individuals with psychiatric disabilities, challenging behaviors, or trauma.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, state agencies, families, and young adults.
- Experience in developing crisis prevention and behavior support plans.
- Familiarity with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) processes.
