About the Role
As a Clinical Content Analyst, you will coordinate client communications, produce tailored policy reports, manage version control, support provider success, oversee policy implementation tracking, conduct gap analyses, provide compliance support, maintain knowledge libraries, and manage high-volume policy updates.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or related field with 2-4 years of experience in clinical policy, utilization management, or healthcare operations.
- Strong understanding of CMS guidelines, NCDs/LCDs, and payer policy frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, or similar).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex clinical content into clear, structured outputs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, and project management software.
