As a Clinical Coordinator (LMSW), you will oversee service delivery using Housing First, Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, CPI, and trauma-informed care models. Your responsibilities will include supervising and supporting a team of Case Managers, providing clinical direction, overseeing service planning and documentation, guiding crisis intervention, and collaborating with outreach teams to promote housing stability.
About You
Required:
- Active New York State Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
- 3+ years of experience working with related populations.
Preferred:
- Prior supervisory or administrative experience.
- Strong understanding of Housing First, Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention practices.
Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $64k to $68k per year.
- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
