About You
- Experience in a clinical or residential setting, particularly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices.
- Experience with compliance and quality assurance in healthcare settings.
