About the Role
As a Clinical Coordinator Operating Room, you will be responsible for daily staffing, follow-up on patient care issues, and providing leadership in nursing research and education. You will collaborate with the Nurse Manager and Nursing Coordinators to facilitate throughput and represent the Nurse Manager/Director when needed. Your role will focus on achieving excellent patient care and promoting innovative nursing practices.
About You
Required:
- Current RN license in the state of Florida.
- Master's degree in Nursing required.
- National nursing certification required within six months of hire.
- Minimum of two years in clinical specialty.
- Demonstrates autonomous and accountable nursing practice.
Preferred:
- Experience in leadership roles within a clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence staff knowledge and application of evidence-based practice.
