About the Role
As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating ESRD patient care and services, ensuring the highest level of care for patients, building long-term relationships with patients and their families, and leading a supportive clinical team. You will also be involved in tracking metrics on vital signs and outcome management, contributing to DaVita's reputation as a top performer in dialysis care.
About You
Required:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- At least 12 months of registered nursing experience.
- At least 6 months of dialysis experience.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
Preferred:
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N).
- Supervisory experience.
